You can now choose whether you book a face-to-face, telehealth (video), or telephone appointment with your doctor.

To be eligible for a Medicare rebate with telehealth or phone appointments, you must have had a face-to-face appointment within at least the past 12 months with a doctor at our clinic.

There are some additional Medicare restrictions on the use of telephone appointments and we, therefore, recommend booking telehealth (video) appointments where possible.

Booking a telehealth (video) appointment is an easy and convenient process. The minimum requirements for video consultations are a stable internet connection, and a camera and microphone on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Telehealth appointments can be both booked online through HotDoc, or on the phone through reception. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
