Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) is now being used in the community to test close contacts for COVID-19. You must register on the SA Health website to collect your kit from the RAT Collection Point. You can source further information about the Collection Point here.

The Australian Government this morning announced changes to the COVID-19 booster dose interval, shortening this to 4 months, effective Jan 4, 2021. The Government also announced that, from the end of February, this interval would be further shortened to 3 months.
From 10 January 2022, Australia’s COVID-19 vaccination program will be extended to all children aged 5 to 11 years. The recommended time interval between doses is 8 weeks. Booster doses are now available to everyone 18 years and over who have had both doses of their primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine at least 5 months ago. The Pfizer vaccine is the preferred booster vaccine.
